About This Service:
First responders are expected to think on their feet and respond appropriately. At times moving on from one traumatic event to another without time to process events. Therapy/counseling for first responders is designed to provide a supportive space to unpack, understand, and heal from these experiences—helping individuals regain balance, build resilience, and lead fulfilling lives both on the job and at home.

How & where is it Administered
This care is provided individually in a comfortable, private space at the Red Sands office in St. George, Utah. If desired (or if issues move into the home) group therapy or couples therapy can also be provided.
What to Expect
First responder care is delivered in a supportive, confidential setting where you can process difficult events, manage stress, and build healthy coping skills. Our aim is to create a safe environment in which you feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate the unique demands of your work.
