More about This Service
How & where is it Administered
This service is provided in 1:1 sessions or in couples or groups (families) depending on your specific situation. All therapy and counseling is hosted in your provider's private, comfortable room in our St. George, office.
What to Expect
Life changes—whether planned or unexpected—can feel overwhelming. Our therapy is designed to help you make sense of the transition you're experiencing by unpacking its complexities and addressing the stressors that come with it. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and personalized strategies to help you not just cope, but truly thrive in the next chapter of your life.
Every provider at Red Sands cares deeply about helping their clients and providing customized care. The first session is your opportunity to see if your therapist's style is a good fit for you and get all of your questions answered. Your therapist will ask you a lot of questions too, so that they can begin to understand you, your concerns, and your history. Usually by the second session, your personalized, recommended treatment plan will be presented and explained so you are empowered to take an active role (along with your provider) in the treatment plan. Then the counseling can begin!
All of us here at Red Sands understand that asking for help takes courage, so you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect throughout your time with us.
