About Sensory Processing Disorder:
Sensory Processing Disorder is a neurological condition where the brain has difficulty receiving and responding to all of the information that comes in through the senses. Sensory Processing Disorder affects almost all of us to varying degrees. When children have highly sensitive nervous systems, their behavior can appear as defiant, difficult, and explosive. When sensory needs are met, clients behavior improves significantly.
Recommended For:
Children who have unexplained refusal, explosive outbursts, hyperactive or hypervigilant behavior, and their parents or caregivers facing these challenges.
