ART
(Accelerated Resolution Therapy)
About ART:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an effective treatment for memory reconsolidation. Memory reconsolidation is the brain’s natural process of changing how a painful memory is stored. Using gentle, guided eye movements, ART helps your brain rewrite the emotional response to a distressing event. Ultimately, this allows clients to experience significant relief without having to talk extensively about trauma out loud.
Recommended For:
Anyone who has experienced trauma, has anxiety, or has depression can benefit from ART.
