Grief & Loss Therapy
About Grief Therapy:
At Red Sands, we offer professional support to help individuals process the intense emotional, psychological, and physical impact of loss. Loss can take many shapes, such as the death of a loved one, an ambiguous loss without closure, or a loss not openly recognized, such as a miscarriage or the death of a pet. Other examples include processing the emotional impact of divorce, career displacement, or the loss of physical health. Regardless of the source of grief, we provide compassionate guidance and supportive listening to validate emotional reactions while teaching coping skills in a safe and confidential environment.
Recommended For:
Grief is not limited to the death of a person; it applies to all individuals with a profound sense of deprivation or unwanted transition. Our services can benefit anyone whose ability to function, process emotions, or cope with daily life has been disrupted by a significant change, ending, or loss.
